Parties------This HVAC Service Contract ('Agreement') is entered into on Date at end of contract and Customer located at service address (above) and CR HVAC(Contractor) located at 8931 SEPULVEDA BLVD, NORTH HILLS CA 91343. The Contractor agrees to provide the Client with HVAC services ("Services'') as described in the bellow. The Contractor will perform the Services in a workmanlike manner and in accordance with industry standards. The Contractor shall commence the Services and shall complete them on or before Date (list bellow). The Contractor shall keep the Client informed of its progress and shall promptly notify the Client of any delays or changes to the schedule.

Terms and Conditions--- 1. Payment: - Client agrees to pay Contractor the agreed-upon fee for the services rendered. - Payment terms: 10% deposit upon signing, balance due upon completion. - Invoices will be submitted by the Contractor upon completion of the services. 2. Change in Services: - Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties - Additional charges may apply for changes requested by the Client. 3. Termination: - Either party may terminate this Contract with 7 days written notice. - Client agrees to pay for services rendered up to the date of termination. 4. Insurance: Contractor agrees to maintain appropriate liability insurance coverage during the term of this Contract. 5. Warranties: Contractor warrants that all services provided under this Contract will be performed in a professional manner and in accordance with industry standards. 6. Damage to Equipments: The Client will be responsible for any damage or loss to the Contractor’s equipment due to misuse or theft by the Client or any guest of the Client. 7. Permits and Inspections: The HVAC technician shall obtain all necessary permits and approvals required by local authorities for the HVAC work to be performed. The Client agrees to allow inspectors access to the premises as needed to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. 8. Governing Law: This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the customer's state. Signature Both parties acknowledge that they have read and understand the terms of this Contract and agree to be bound by them. 9. Taxes include sales and use tax maybe collected from customer.
